Ten-story medical outpatient clinic construction

Project includes finish out of a ten-story Medical Outpatient Building on the John Peter Smith Hospital campus. This free-standing high-rise building is adjacent to and connected with pedestrian walkways to a seven-story parking garage. The Medical Outpatient Building contains an ambulatory surgery center (third floor) that is separated from the other floors by rated construction. Other floors contain pharmacy, imaging, endoscopy, primary care clinics, and specialty medical clinics. A mechanical penthouse and a screened mechanical area are located above the tenth floor. A service dock is located on the first level and is accessed by a service drive between the Medical Outpatient Center and parking garage.
